Beginning his journey at Illinois Wesleyan University, Mr Kothari there studied and successfully graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science. Hopping across the pond, Mr Kothari then went on to successfully obtain a postgraduate degree in Law from the College of Law in London, as well as an MBA from the University of Cambridge.

Prior to taking on his current role with JK White Cement, Mr Kothari held a number of other influential positions where he was able to enact change and refine his leadership skills in new and challenging ways. One of his senior roles was Chief Administrative Office at the Abraaj Group, a global PE firm based in Dubai, where he was responsible for group wide operations. Mr Kothari has also acted as the Assistant to the Executive Committee Member for the South Asia/ASEAN at the Holcim Group, based in Switzerland. Having been involved in education or work across some of the world’s major continents, Mr Kothari brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise to any role, and quickly adapts to deliver a service that goes far beyond what any other candidate could offer.

Upon joining JK White Cement in 2018, Mr Kothari has restructured resources to develop new value-added products manufacturing and sales capability building to serve Middle East and African markets in first stage. White cement and White Clinker geographical reach was extended to serve all five continents. Series of preventive maintenance and cost optimization measures were taken in plant which has helped products delivered at competitive prices to end customers. Regular meetings key projects consultants and Architects has led to conceptualizing and manufacturing customized products and solutions. Under his leadership, company has begged most prestigious Kuwait Airport expansion project white cement supply order.

Mr. Kothari has started conducting regular townhall meetings with employees to share and discuss in transparent manners.
