Our clients totally trust us, based on our added-value and achieving the highest ROI. Please tell me about your firm, the work you do and the types of clients with whom you work. The Giant for Consulting & Training is a Saudi national firm, established in 2010, with international standards, supported with an experienced, dedicated and professional team, happily working with most of the banks, financial institutions, large corporations, semi-government entities and SMEs in Saudi Arabia and The Gulf Region (GCC). Talk me through your previous roles and how you came to achieve your position as CEO. How do you draw on past experiences in your current role? I am an ex-banker, with 18 years of practical hand-on experience in various challenging roles, such as National Sales Manager, Head of Direct Sales and Tele-Sales for a team of almost 400 people, established the Early Follow-up & Collection for The Leading Bank is Saudi Arabia, Head of Asset & Liability Products Development, Head of Customer Segmentation, Chief Compliance & Permanent Controls Officer, Retail Risk Manager, and Marketing Manager, for 4 major banks in Saudi Arabia. What is your approach when undertaking a new client or project? How do you ensure right from the start that the outcome meets the needs of everyone involved? What techniques do you employ to ensure that you achieve this? First and foremost, we do not offer generic nor off-the-shelf training courses, on the contrary, we first conduct an interview with our clients to align their learning objectives, and their challenges, to achieve the desired outcome, in compliance with their internal policies and procedures. Once we’ve customized our training material, and exercises, we seek our clients’ final review and approval. Another major point that makes us stand out as unique training service providers, is that I personally conduct the actual training myself, as a passionate, specialized and experienced practitioner, as appose to assigning it to academic and/or unexperienced trainers, or freelancers. Is there anything you would like to add?
