Casey has been in charge of Jokake since 2012 but gained his experience through outside organizations. When he completed college, he started as an entry level Field Manager with a national builder and developer. Over the years, he worked his way through the ranks, taking up various positions in operations, management, and ultimately leadership. This gives Casey the unique opportunity to take a holistic approach, understanding the often- disparate needs of the employees who work for him. Following this process has delivered great results in many different circumstances. Casey’s leadership style empowers others to make decisions and take control of projects. Each member of the team has a personal development plan for the future. These are tied to the overall plan to the company as well. By continually driving people to achieve more, Casey has created a workforce that is interested in coming to work, and can connect quickly with the needs and challenges that different projects present. The future success of the firm, therefore, is intrinsically tied to the workforce. Casey has already started exploring what new possibilities can help them to achieve better results more quickly.
