The industries that Eden Labs is serving are all supporting a cultural pivot in this direction. Perhaps one of Ms Braddock’s greatest achievements since coming into her role as CEO, was becoming a driving force in growing a nascent industry through leadership in education and political advocacy. First came the build out of Eden Labs internal infrastructure, product development, product placement, manufacturing capabilities, and rebranding that would strategically support the introduction of commercial extraction technology and compliance in an industry that was in regulatory and political purgatory. In four years, she built the company to be one of the top 10 fastest growing companies in Seattle Washington and initiated an entirely new industry in hemp and cannabis extraction technology. For her, the end game has always been building a platform for the advancement of Integrative Medicine, environmentalism and building a business community focused on people and accountability. A personal challenge that Ms Braddock faced when starting out as CEO was becoming the spokesperson for the company, as well as the spokesperson for an entire sector of an industry that she was, and still is, pioneering. This meant speaking to large groups of people and providing esoteric information to educate, expand, and standardize an industry. Public speaking was not an area in which Ms. Braddock sought to excel, but excel she did, largely due to her complete dedication to Eden Labs’ mission of providing a pathway and platform for the rise in Integrative Medicine which utilizes the existing synergies between people and plants to optimize health and prevent and treat illness.
