Therefore, I came up with the idea to create a business transformation team.” Spearheading the implementation of this team, whose job it is to sit outside of the business and challenge the status quo, more than £1.6M worth of efficiency to the business was provided in the first year alone, with a staggering 196% of the business’ growth targets being achieved as a result. This is just one example of the countless triumphs Lizz is responsible for that resulted in the evolution of her role to CCO, a move that saw her come to oversee the commercial and solution areas of the business. Even in just the year or so since taking on these new responsibilities, Lizz has grown the business considerably through her pioneering solutions and market leading timescales, resulting in the highest commercial-driven growth that this business has seen in its 23 years being attained. Becoming a C-level employee before the age of 30 is a remarkable feat and made only sweeter given that this is truly something that Lizz loves to do. She explains that “taking on new challenges is what allowed me to demonstrate my capabilities. Though it may seem daunting at first, challenges are opportunities that can lead to significant personal and professional growth so you need to be open to them.” Throughout her career, she has embraced difficult challenges and been able to back up her success with stats to show increases in performance and revenue.
