Sandeep provides us with an overview of the firm and the unique range of services it provides. “Here at Crescent Asia, we focus on creating a unique blend of design and texture thereby creating our own market space. My range of laminates are full with new designs and natural looking, natural feeling textures thereby creating a niche for ourselves in the crowded laminate market. Among our recent success stories is one of Singapore’s prestigious residential projects, Kingsford Waterbay, consisting of 1157 apartment units, which we supplied with quality laminate (High Pressure Laminates). Other prestigious projects using our laminates are: Crescent Bay, Pasir Mis Camp and Holiday Inn hotel. “Currently, the company is in a unique position, as an intercontinental company. I bring in my knowledge of design and textures from the western world and help to execute things in the eastern world. Using the eastern world’s quick adaptation to newer design sense and take it to experiment in the western world. This helps me to stay ahead of the competition in both the markets and offer clients around GCE18037 the world unique laminates. We are early adaptors of technology and we started using digital printing technology extensively in 2017 whereas other players are yet to adopt it.” It is Sandeep’s vast experience working internationally that has shaped his leadership, as he proudly highlights. “Prior to being the CEO of Crescent Asia, my previous role was of CEO of a laminate manufacturing company, this role gave me a hindsight and experience into looking into details of manufacturing, troubles of customisation and understanding the market needs. This helped me to my journey to my current role as CEO. “Today, as a leader I personally believe that the client is not looking for a product, the client is looking for a unique solution to his problem. For me, each project I undertake is a customised solution to that particular client within a time frame and at a comfortable budget. All stakeholders of a project are involved from the day of inception, and I work hard to understand their needs and create a solution based on the needs and how we can satisfy all the stake holder.
