24 CEO MONTHLY / ISSUE 10 2019 , Rowan Dartington appoints Fiona Richards as Chief Operating Officer The experienced Deutsche Bank COO and Head of Strategy will join the firm to help bolster the leadership team. Fiona Richards has joined Rowan Dartington as chief operating officer with responsibility for driving operational efficiencies and the development and execution of the firm’s strategic priorities and replaces Adrian Clark following his retirement. Fiona comes to Rowan Dartington with an impressive 20 years’ diversified experience in consulting and operations across the global financial services industry. She brings deep operations knowledge and insight having previously worked at and advised several international banks. Most recently, she worked at Deutsche Bank, where she was Managing Director, COO and Head of Strategy with responsibility for the Collaborative Technology Solutions Group. Fiona brings a wealth of strategic knowledge and experience and will be responsible for the overall management of Rowan Dartington operations, ensuring that the business operates in line with all prevailing legal and regulatory requirements whilst providing a high level of service to clients and business partners. Rowan Dartington’s chief executive, David Hobbs, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Fiona to the executive team to help the firm continue to drive forward our strategic plans and growth ambitions.
