Diversity is a wonderful thing in business, and we should celebrate those that aim to further diversity across the global business landscape. Dr Cindi Love, CEO of Out for Undergraduate Business Conference Inc., has endeavoured to promote LGBTQ+ individuals into roles of leadership. Here, she discussed the importance of her work and her continued efforts in seeing a greater diversity of people in boardrooms across the United States.
