Chris Szymanski graduated from the Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business. His exemplary naval career as a Submarine Officer included key roles such as Operations Officer, Communications Officer, Quality Assurance Officer, and Chemistry and Radiological Controls Officer. These roles refined his technical skills and leadership. After a brief stint in consulting at a major firm, Chris joined Ace Screws. As Chief Operating Officer, he skillfully guides operations, leveraging his naval experience and strategic acumen to elevate corporate leadership and drive success.
