Niamh has been working since she was 11 years old and is fascinated by how work shapes us and the balance between work and home life. After experiencing burnout in her first job, she spent 14 years in tech, struggling with work-life balance. She decided to become an expert in productivity methods. Having set up her own company six years ago, she has helped over 3,000 employees, from a diverse range of organisations, through her workshops, courses and keynotes.
