<p>Founder and CEO of Healthcare Innovation Consortium, Hadleigh led the delivery of the National Record Locator at NHS Digital, has worked on large NHS programmes (NHS X LHCR) and was successful in lobbying Parliament to change digital policy for breast cancer. Leveraging his vast public and private health sector experience, HIC was set up to work with the health and care systems on the successful implementation and spread of digital technologies with the aim of improving care through tech.</p>
