Ben, Vikki and Steve started Ignata Finance (a boutique executive search & interim firm) in 2017 with a clear plan to build a business that was centred around building long-term relationships. The journey has been incredible. Having built the business alongside James Caan and the broader Hamilton Bradshaw team, we were lucky enough to grow, scale & sell the business to ZRG Partners in 2024. Our loyal & committed team have been a huge part of our success and it truly has been a team effort.
