James and James is a fast growing international ecommerce fulfilment business based out of Brackmills in Northampton. In 2021, Emma Dempsey took over from founder James Hyde as CEO. Over the past 12 months, the business has onboarded a record number of new customers, opened a second US site and developed several new technology propositions. The business is entrepreneurial and energetic and was named as a regional employer of the year in 2021 due to the focus on employee wellbeing.
