Barry is the Founder and CEO of NUA Surgical, an award-winning Irish start-up that strives to reduce the risk of maternal complications following caesarean delivery through their patented technology. Barry has a Business Degree & Masters in Medical Device Innovation, both from the University of Galway, along with almost 20 years commercial experience in healthcare, not-for-profit and professional sports sectors.
