(OBM Inc.) a not-for-profit organization dedicated to empowering young professionals and emerging leaders through innovative mentorship programs. Drawing from her extensive background in public services, teaching, and a deep passion for giving back, Shannon has made it her mission to create spaces where young talent can connect with seasoned professionals, develop critical career skills, and thrive.
