Dr. Muhammad Akhyar Farrukh is working as Professor of Chemistry and Acting Dean, Faculty of Science and Technology at the University of Central Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan. He is the Member of the National Standards Committee and Chairman of the Technical Committees on Nanotechnology and Fine Chemicals at PSQCA-Government of Pakistan, Member of the Technical Committee ISO/TC 229 Nanotechnologies of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Switzerland.
