Marthie Raphael is the CEO of Pep Clothing, the manufacturing arm of Pepkor. PepClo employs 1800 people and produces 12 million garments per year. Marthie is a seasoned executive and keynote speaker and holds Chairperson roles for several industry forums and interacts with local and international stakeholders and governments. In her personal time Marthie plays the violin and electric violin. Her passion is riding adventure motorcycles in the Himalayan Mountains.
