At Ready Set Recover, Heather is fulfilling her mission in life - to make people be seen, heard & celebrated. The framework of action empowers surgery patients to positively change outcomes. Prior to Ready Set Recover, she held senior leadership roles as VP Synergy at ESPN, VP of Alchemy at Audacy, & Chair of the School & Ed Committee in D2 of NYC. She competed for & won a full merit scholarship for her MBA at NYU’s Stern School of Business & has her BA from the University of WI, Madison.
