Matthew started StepLadder in 2016 to make a positive social impact on British first-time buyers and fix a broken system. He became fascinated in the power and opportunity of collaborative finance during my Wharton MBA/MA graduate school work in Brazil. Since then Matthew and his Co-Founder, Lucy Mullins, have built the business and brand to become a partner for Digital Savings Circles to banks and financial institutions across the world.
