Since 04 January 2021, Rama has been promoted to Chief Risk Officer (CRO) within the Pan-African Bank United Bank of Africa (UBA) Senegal. It is responsible for monitoring credit, market and operational risks.
Her role as a CRO, which is a strategic role and which reports directly to the Board of Directors within the framework of the risk management committees held quarterly, allows it to have a transversal vision of the various activities of the bank and to be able to identify the main critical risk
