I created YANA (You Are Not Alone) in 2016 after two local moms took their lives and the lives of their kids. We believe when you support the people who create the people, everyone is supported including the kiddos, spouses and communities. Our program, Strong Mamas, Thriving Babies piloted this year and we are giving EVERY new mom at our hospitals a full year of wrap around support for FREE! It's been magical and we are growing leaps and bounds to change the world, one mama at a time.
